Cosmo DiSchino is an icon when it comes to making his clients look and feel beautiful. He has owned salons in South Florida for over 17 years and is well known to be an amazing stylist, but most exceptionally a loyal employer determined to make his staff successful in a family environment. His work ethic is based on the foundation and roots where he comes from. His career began on Boston’s prestigious Newbury Street where he and his sister made a name for themselves as expert hair stylists. He opened Cosmo & Co. in West Palm Beach in 1989. Since then he has been blessed to be able to work with his team of truly talented, artistic and loyal people. They are what he calls “The Cosmo Family”. With is motto that “the client comes first” he is honored to have you in his chair, really make a connection with you and capture your essence through an amazing style! You are sure to leave Cosmo & Co. feeling beautiful inside and out!

Kathy has been in the salon industry for 20+ years. She is the “guru” of impeccable customer service. She welcomes you into our salon with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a huge smile! Kathy keeps the salon organized, schedules appointments, focuses on clients and employees needs and is always striving to make things better. Kathy has the dedication and compassion for working hard while having a lot of fun!!

Antonio moved to New York in the Spring of 1970 from Italy where he got his start in the beauty industry. He trained and worked with the legendary Vidal Sassoon in 1976 until he opened his salon in the where it thrived for 17 years. After moving to Florida in the 90’s Antonio found his home working with Cosmo and has been a dedicated part of the team ever since. Antonio is an educator for Sorbie, Tony and Guy, Brocato International and Sebastian. His precise and innovative techniques have made him a renowned stylist in New York and South Florida.

Mr. Oved Shetah is an accomplished hairstylist and color specialist. He has been in the industry for 30 years. Trained in London, Amsterdam, and New York City, Oved has done hair backstage for the runways of a number of major designers and prestigious fashion magazines. He has been creating and implementing his original styles in West Palm Beach for over 18 years many of which have been with Cosmo & Co.

Ms. Melissa Peverini is a master hairstylist and colorist who boasts a successful career and is especially noted for working with some of the worlds top celebrities. She has been employed with a variety of upscale salons in New York and Palm Beach and has been educated extensively in Europe and the USA. During her career, she has had the opportunity to work with Rod Stewart, Melania Trump, and Paloma Picasso. Melissa also has her own color treated product line and is the creator of Fringe Kit Cosmetics©, marketed across the globe, and consumer consulted companies such as Goody Hair Products.

Ingrid Perez is a third generation hairstylist whose roots begin in Costa Rica. Despite her exposure in the beauty industry growing up, she decided to go to college and study Sculpting and Fine Arts. This foundation became priceless in her success as a hairdresser. She believes that the key to a successful stylist/client relationship is communication. “A strong consultation will allow you to customize the work.” Whether she formulates your color, creates a custom haircut, relaxes unruly hair to a silky smooth texture, or fashions a trendy up do for your special event, Ingrid’s passion and commitment to her client’s happiness shines through.“I feel that my work is based on Positive Energy and Healing through Beauty.”

A Global passion for hair bursting into a positive blaze of light: a full spectrum of light, best describes the passion revealed in Linda’s haircutting, color, and make-up designs for over 20 years. Keeping her looks fresh and modern, Linda has worked and trained with industry greats as Vidal Sassoon, Bumble and Bumble NYC, Aveda and worked as a platform educator for Paul Mitchell. Practicing excellence has propelled Linda into being a successful hairstylist superseding at setting trends, coordinating fashion shows, photo shoots, and exquisite bridal hair designs. She continues to express her creativity through “hairdressing”.

Vinny has been creating different looks for a diverse group of clients for the past 22 years. He specializes in different methods of color services, hair relaxers, including the Peter Coppola Keratin Hair Strengthening Treatment, and precision cutting. He has created looks for an array of well-known celebrities from local names like news anchors Felicia Rodriguez and Lisa Hayward to more widely known celebs such as Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown and Mary Tyler Moore. Vinny loves what he does and it shows through his work. He looks forward to creating a complete new look for you!

Helen’s hairdressing career began in 1984 in jolly old England. She spent 3 years in an apprenticeship training program with the Midlands based Keith Hall Organization. Upon graduation to stylist level, Helen honed her skills at Vidal Sassoon, Daniel Galvin, and The L’Oreal Color Institute. Her ever-curious nature and fascination for hair-care propelled her career, and she joined The Master-class of Great Britain, and Young Intercoiffure taking part in several shows in London – all sponsored by the Keith Hall Group. After a thriving career in Chicago, Helen moved to West Palm Beach in the winter of 2001. Her most recent educational accomplishments are “Simply Straight” a Keratin Treatment, and Tigi International Haircutting.

Keela loves the challenge of color corrections, and artistically connecting hair color to a haircut. Her signature trademark is classic to modern with an interpretation of the client’s own personal style. She has a true natural knack of “paying attention to detail”. Her proficiencies have come from a skilled continuing education by Vidal Sassoon, Bumble & Bumble, Goldwell, L’Oreal Professionel, Beth Minardi, and Nick Arrojo. Keela’s career credits include Pageantry Magazine, Miss Universe Organization, Ford Modeling Agency, and recently Modern Salon Magazine.

Janesa has been thoroughly trained by Melissa Peverini of Palm Beach and Ingrid Perez. Her mission is to provide her energetic and positive personality along with the best service and latest techniques.

Ms. Gisella Garcia’s passion for the beauty industry began long before her career did. Not only does she specialize in all hair straighteners and reconditioning treatments, she dedicates herself in ensuring her clients feel beautiful and truly enjoy their experience with her. Among a number of talents that she possesses, Gigi has been told that her hands are healing and therapeutic when she gives scalp massages and her updos and make up applications have left brides speechless and feeling like a Princess on their special day.

Awarded certification by Roy Peters, Nancy is the Color Specialist! Nancy is certified in chemical Keratin relaxing and thermal hair straightening. As a mentor and a teacher of her own salon, she has developed a personal love for corrective coloring, highlights, lowlights, and color reformulations. There is no job too big or too small for her to handle.

Lily is a Medical Aesthetician, skin care specialist, make-up artist certified eye lash extensionist and one of the top permanent make up technicians in the nation. Lily takes pride in using only top of the line products and treatments for her services such as Novalash© pharmaceutical grade bonding for her precision lash application and hypo-allergenic vegetable based pigments for permanent make-up. She has worked with many different skin care lines and is one of the creators of the IS Clinical Facial. She has been trained and certified in Italy for Dermophisiologique Organic Skin Care and the first Educator for the line in the USA. She worked in NYC for 25 years where she built a very impressive clientele of celebrities including Liza Minnelli, Glenn Close, Olita Rivera, and Betty Buckley to name a few. She has been in South Florida since the early 1990’s and has worked with plastic surgeons for years hence, being able to fuse a unique bond between medical aesthetics and beauty trends. Maye has become well known at Cosmo & Co. for her free hand French Manicure and precise nail art. She is truly a great asset among the beauty professionals at Cosmo & Company Salon and Spa.

Zoë has recently fulfilled her state board obligation to become a licensed cosmetologist. She has chosen Cosmo & Co. to continue her education whilst being mentored by her fellow stylists. Zoë is passionate about the hair industry and keeps current with fashion both on the runway and trade shows. Zoe enjoys riding horses for recreation and has been doing so since the tender age of 7.

I believe you should do what you love to do in life because you only live once! To be a fantastic cosmetologist is something I would love to accomplish because it is my passion. I was educated at Palm Beach community college and I’m grateful to continue being educated here at Cosmo & Company with such a great group of people!

Jill Mason has lived in South Florida for over 30 years, and has gained the opportunity to create a thriving business thanks to her unique connection to the community and her traveling experiences abroad. She has carefully and enthusiastically chosen designers for La Boutiqe Bellissima who offer elegant, glamorous, and exciting creations in jewelery, accessories and gift items. Inspiration for the boutique's collection is drawn from both exotic locales (Rome, Istanbul, Athens, Paris and London) and local hotspots (Miami, New York and Las Vegas). 'I try to capture fashion from different parts of the world that clients with exclusive taste will appreciate', Jill says. 'Some clients like an ethically traditional look from Israel or Bali, some might gravitate towards a sleek, couture look from New York or Milan, and some celebrate local artists' work.' La Boutique Bellissima has proudly call the called the Cosmo & Company Salon and Spa home for three years. Jill is married to neurologist Dr. Irvine Mason and has two daughters, Shana and Dana.
